JODI CASH
I've been involved in health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I've been a coach for over 25 years for swimming, spin, and CrossFit, a wellness director, and now certified health coach and personal trainer. I’d say I have been involved in some aspect of fitness since learning to snow ski and swim before the age of five. Coaching quickly became my passion because helping people achieve goals gets me fired up more than anything else I've ever done. My coaching has taken on different roles, whether it was coaching young swimmers, new CrossFit athletes, or leading my wellness center team as Wellness director for 21 years. I became a certified health coach in 2017 through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, so I took my coaching to yet another level in order to help people achieve healthier lifestyles. I love to study and learn new things, so I'm also a certified NASM Nutrition Coach, Girls Gone Strong Women's Coaching Specialist, and a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (with a specialty in weight loss). Using a more holistic approach, I coach and support individuals making diet, exercise, and other lifestyle changes in order to live a longer, healthier life! I have a broad spectrum of tools and ideas at my disposal to help individuals uncover what works best to allow them to achieve their fitness and health goals!

Nutrition Analysis
A complete nutrition analysis based on a 3-day food record that you complete and submit for a review. You will record everything you eat and drink in as much detail as possible, and I will analyze this as your starting point and make recommendations based on your goals. From this point, you can move into the Optimal Nutrition Blueprint or FuelWell Coaching.
Nutrition Coaching*
Monthly nutrition coaching program focusing on specific obstacles or areas of improvement based on your health and nutrition goals. This coaching includes weekly emails with resources to help you master specific obstacles to improve specific habits to help you achieve your goals.
*Must complete the FoodFit Analysis First
Meal Planning Service*
Monthly meal planning program that includes weekly emails with individualized 3 full day menu plans based on recommendations from your 3-day Nutrition Audit and any food allergies, intolerances, or preferences. I will also include additional resources that I feel would be helpful for you to achieve your optimal nutrition lifestyle.

A fitness program for you
Monthly program that includes weekly emails with fitness programs that can be completed at home with basic equipment or at any gym. Weekly program is tailored to your current fitness level and goals, including strength and cardio programming -- up to 5 workouts per week.
Simple One-Time Coaching
Schedule a simple one-time coaching session about nutrition or coaching with Jodi Cash. Jodi is a certified NASM Nutrition Coach, Girls Gone Strong Women's Coaching Specialist, and a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (with a specialty in weight loss). She gives a holistic approach to diet, exercise, and other lifestyle changes in order to live a longer, healthier life.
